The air conditioning fails to effectively control room temperature!!! The parking fees feel excessive compared to the surrounding options, and a lack of clear communication about parking logistics is frustrating!!!

I had a splendid stay! My room was spacious with breathtaking views, and getting to the historical center was a breeze, just a short stroll away.

But, oh dear, I found a mysterious stain on the floor. It was like a surprise party I didn’t ask for!

We were treated like royalty during our stay, with thoughtful gestures like champagne and a congratulatory cake upon arrival. The staff were incredibly friendly, especially Rok at the reception, who truly made our day special. The breakfast was one of the best we've had, featuring local and organic ingredients. We loved the impressive views from our executive suite, though the bathroom layout could use some improvement for safety.

Our stay was fantastic, especially enjoying the huge breakfast spread with pancakes and freshly baked bread that left us impressed! We loved relaxing by the beautiful garden area and taking a dip in the nice pool. One small hiccup was that a couple of items ran out during breakfast, but it didn't take away from our experience overall. 😊

Diving into the local culinary scene was a treat! Franky's Bar and La Favela serve up epic eats that hit the spot. Plus, the staff was downright excellent, making our stay that much sweeter.

However, the front desk could use a chill pill. the indifference was a vibe killer. Also, the bathroom setup needs a safety revamp—slippery shower and a blocked drain? Not cool.

My stay was filled with impressive highlights, especially the breakfast spread, which was fantastic—everything from fresh pastries to champagne! However, the room was quite hot, and the air conditioning didn’t help much. The location was convenient for exploring local attractions like the National Gallery and Ljubljana Castle, making it easy to wander around the beautiful city.
